Here are all the Isle of Thunder rares marked on the map.
If you check the screenshot, you will see all the spawning points.
Here are a few tips:
Try to kill some rare mobs every day, so you can get the item called “Key to the Palace of Lei Shen”.
This key will allow you to queue for a very fun scenario where you need to open chests and loot stuff, probably the best thing to do in World of Warcraft.
You should stay in the middle of the map and check the general chat.
When a player is announcing a rare mob, check the map and go there, participate to the killing of the mob and loot your reward.
On peak hours, even on low populated realms, you will see a lot of messages from players that are announcing these rare mobs and their location.
You can kill a rare mob, more than once per day.

Ku’lai Skyclaw: the mob from the south beach that has a bird pet.
Ra’sha: inside a cave.
Haywire Construct: on the beach from the east side, looks like a mechanical mob.
Progentius: look up, he is standing on a high hill near a huge skull.
Mumta.
Goda: the rare turtle.
God-Hulk Ramuk: he is standing in front of the gate from the right side of the zone.
Molthor.
Lu-Ban.
Al’Tabim.
Backbreaker Uru.
Happy hunting these mobs.
If you are from the future, you should be able to solo these mobs without any issues.
