Download and install the latest Tidy plates addon from curse.com. These settings are for patch 4.3. Some settings might be modified by the developer of the addon.
Go to game menu > interface > game tab > names > check from the last two options from the bottom: “friendly units” and from the right column, “enemy units” and “class color in nameplates”.
Go to addons > select “neon/damage” as the first option.
Click on that key and edit the settings as you see in our images. Relog.
This configuration will show HP bars for enemy players (in PVP), the bars will be colored depending on the enemy class (eg: pink for paladins). The friendly players (your team) will only have their names displayed, without the titles. Their names will be colored depending on their class. I’ve find this configuration to be the best when it comes to pvp, pve and everything.
